have never failed to meet up with sisssssssstteeerrrrrrrr Jooooooooooooo
always prior to moi leaving town for somewhere in the world
she always make the effort to ensure we meet before and not wait till i am back
such a sweeeeetie pie she is

she was awfully late due to a VIP that arrived at the hotel much later than scheduled
i guess there's always a + & - when serving VIPs
the glam glam VS the wait wait
moi have been in the industry before,thus totally understanding her situation
huge forgiven to her
- lol lol lol -

we both had underwent serious brain-storming abt our dinner location
initially we were bent on heading to White Rabbit @ Dempsey
but just one day prior to meeting her
i read an awful review on the restaurant from a magazine
immediately i told her about it and we cancelled the reservation
- wahahahaha,evil us -
!!! word-of-mouth/book is deadly,BEWARE !!!
sorry Rabbit House,better luck next time
after a few recommendations by Sis,i picked onto my own choice
- wahahaha,evil me again -
i have always adore steaks and The Prime Society came into mind
- taaaaaaa daaaaaaa -
just a phone call and we confirmed our reservation
seriously,i heart the hostess/servers of this restaurant
extremely polite,attentive and they really make you feel at home
its been looooooooooooong since i last had a good service encounter in a FnB outlet
* thumbs up manz *

only after heading home and loaded my pics onto my mac
then i realized that the picture i've taken is a PIG not a COW
- damnz,wahahahahaha -
i am insanely ill for sure

we both loves to share our prime choices whenever we dine out together
this time round
we picked on a rib & steak
~ Chilli Citrus Pork Rib ~
~ Medium-rare Filet Mignon with Bearnaise sauce ~
the mains did not really live up to moi's expectations but the service made up for it
still,i do enjoy the soggy fat fries and the well-stir-fried greens

..... mega toast to .....
never ending topics to share
never ending advices we heed
never ending smiles on self-stories

..... it's only with you that .....
i re-gained my confidence/passion in the service industry
i always have new perspectives of the blooming Tourism hub that Singapore will be
i am hit back to reality on how naive many of us are
i realized we are ever still young for anything and everything we aim to pursue

moi's diminishing flame is re-lighted once again by you
i heart our industry
*heaps heaps hooray*

additionally
today's a day whereby i am re-assured once again
just a few smses from Ms Lai made my day
her ever-mentality of moi's capabilities to excel
her support of any decisions i made
her advice of, i can be back to shine once again after a few years of lying low
i almost teared when reading such comforting words
i am really not forgotten
