The usual gang came over to Moi's Residence for a steamboat gathering

Am glad to host all of them once again after several months of my last departure

Gobbling dwn the yummy ingredients

Chatted,laughed,discriminate,crapped,etc

Moving on to some excercising session once again

Bai Li & Lou decided to forgo some night out chilling

In exchange for some 'excercise'

It's widely known by our peers that we 3 are the most non-sporty personnels

However,we aint embaressed about it at all

Adding on,we were impressed with our own-term 'stamina'

After numerous tennis strokes and shaking our body

It's time for some arm muscles being put in place

We challenged ourselves with the Wii Boxing

It was a WRONG choice for it totally drained our strengths,patience,laughter,etc

We had hell a hilarious time

Trotted my way around the 'Culinary Esplanade'

Temasek Culinary Academy

Chef Jasmine, once again offered me an experience that $ cant buy

I had assisted her throughout the 3 days

From Mis-en-place to Official Opening

Singapore Press + Minister visit

I was overwhelmed

Within me

I envied the younger generations

Full of jealousy for the trainings they received

Motivated & inspired by many re-known Chefs & Service trainers

Met-up with several lecturers

Whom made an impact in my continuous passion for the Hospitality & Tourism industry

I was once again assured of my 'status'

*Smiling widely*winks*

i HEART Temasek Polytechnic

For the past 23years of my life

Entering this institution was the best decision I had made for myself

..... My buddy called .....

From Icy Switzerland

I was exhilarated to hear his voice over the phone

But, I spoiled his supposed 'professional' prank call

{kekekekekeke}

I am just toooooo smart at times

{wahahahahaha}

I felt a sense of relief after hearing his long-awaited voice

Really pleased to know that he's doing fine over the other side of the world

His experiences right now reminds me so much of the times I had,just 11mths ago

It makes so much sense when u understand what the other party is going through

For,personally,you've been thru it
