{it's been years since i last wrote any}

不管是谁都是我们的顾客不是吗?
只要他们满足的话就够了
我任为让客人满意就是我们的功作

在我心浮气躁的时候

别人正在努力中
就在这时候,他们胜我一局

应为他们立用了时间

我败给了时间

Recently,I have been watching a new Japanese drama
{i know many r screaming at me now!watching tv during ur project/exam period?}
{Come on,you guys KNOW me well enough,i need it to de-stress}

The whole story surrounds a prestige shopping mall,Ginza
I've learnt alot from this show,despite a mere 3episodes into it,9more to 'chase' thou
I've learnt how service in all aspects play such an important role
I've seen the rosey and dark side of what we call SERVICE EXCELLANCE
I wasn't disgusted by it at all,I deem what some have done as the route to success
In real,I call that Professionalism @ Work,which were classified as 'fake' sides by many

My love for this ugly service industry still exist
I am as passionate as before,right now,even much more
I heart this cruel two-sided industry
I was injured,fell to the ground and cried my hearts out
But I've moved on,despite the scar still's on
A stronger me revived

Aiming to conquer it further more

Am amzed how such a simple storyline

I could still see the strong essence of the service aspects

I guess it's just 职业病

This shows Í still have faith in this industry

Despite how disappointed I was time after time

Learning begins only when one fall

Skills are mastered through experiencing it all

Gaining a guidance is just so much more
