Packed our luggages, checked out of Four Seasons HotelReached the Ferry Terminal in anticipation!!! On our way to Macau !!!Boarded TurboJet and zoom zoom our way across the ocean To the Land of Gambling
Exhausted with a growling stomach,we pop by a 'cafe' opp the hotelMakan Stew Beef NoodleIt was indeed really good,I wonder if it's bcoz we were too hungry*lol lol lol*
Macau is a little boring for its mere sightseeing and gamblingWe made our way to the Macau Tower,dropped at the wrong bus-stop,and walked abitThe weather made our mood worst,for its really burning
I was really excited when I found a Warner Bros StoreIt's been real long since i last saw oneKid's world used to be ruled by them,bt no longer for Disney is like conquering everyone's heartI just cant help but take photos with the once famous Tweety BirdI just love Warner Bros characters,esp TasmaniaIf i was 2-3 years younger,I would go crazy buying those merchandiseBut at the age of 23yrs,I think i need to start eliminating and restricting my buyings of such
We paid and took a lift up all the way to the top of the Macau TowerThe view is magnificient and breathtakingThe horror was that we were seeing daring shit-as peopleTaking their plunge dwn the tower,be it Sky Jump,Bungee,etcMacau Tower is the World's Highest for Sky JumpI wanted to try but I realise I no longer used to be that enthusiasticI felt a fear in me,not daring and brave enuff to leap off the edge*kill me instead*But,one day I am going to full-fill my dream of Sky-DivingI missed it 3 times-New Zealand,Switzerland & USADamn it hellOne day One day, the day will come
After a walk by the bay,we headed to the town areaWe felt much better for it feels a little home as it's really cosy and bustling
Walked our way up the hill to St. Paul's Ruins MusuemA must-go for visitors to MacauIt's a cathedral up the hill
How can we head to Macau and not try on its famous Portugese Egg TartI am a super NOT fan of egg tartsBut I had to give it a try and it was indeed good,not too sweet and smooth
After loitering around town for some shopping,we met up with Chris friend,Benjamin for dinnerHe is a night reception manager at the Wynn MacauI am really excited for when I was in Las Vegas a year plus back,I really like the Wynn's exterior design*I know I am shallow*Bleahz*We had portugese cuisine and it was to my likingsWhen night falls,Macau makes me feel like I am back in Las VegasIt's almost identical and very very colourful,with all the lighteningsWe managed to catch Wynn's laser show and the feeling just came pouring back
I missed staying at Bellagio in Las Vegas,sigh.....Bottomline,Las Vegas and Macau is identicalDead city in the day,Live city in the nightI have mixed feelings whether do I really like it
